Alison Ibrahim

Senior Leadership and Management Trainer

After leaving university with a BSc in Psychology, Alison began her career in the hospitality sector. Starting as a receptionist in one of London’s largest 5* Hotels, she quickly progressed her career and entered into several Management roles.

Alison has been part of the senior management teams in some of London’s best-known hotels, which not only gives her a breadth of knowledge and experience in leadership and management, but also some great stories to share.

Prior to taking the Management and Leadership Trainer position with Impellus, Alison worked as a learning and development manager for a leading apprenticeship organisation, where she coached and mentored people through their apprenticeships at Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5.

As a keen coach, Alison’s focus is ensuring that everyone is given the chance to learn something new. At Impellus she excels in delivering ILM-approved training courses at Levels 3 and 5 to delegates from almost every sector and industry.
