With a strong foundation in graphic design, photography, and video editing, she specialises in creating attractive and persuasive content that helps Impellus connect with their target audience and achieve their marketing goals. She has experience in delivering visuals for a wide range of marketing channels, from social media to email newsletters.
By merging her creative skills with a profound understanding of marketing principles, Daria creates visual content that not only captivates viewers but also serves as a strategic asset in achieving business goals. I thought the course was delivered very well with great concise content. Our tutor Ken, ensured the entire day was made enjoyable, I found the leadership styles aspect most enjoyable to learn about, however the course as a whole I thought I was brilliant.
I enjoyed the Developing Winning Teams module the most - this was really instrumental in realising how the management and leadership teams at our organisation need to align in order to deliver success.

I took something from each course and I enjoyed the tips and tricks we learnt in how to speak to people. Coaching and communication taught me how to speak to others to get the best out of them. The breakout rooms were really useful as the people involved had real life examples.
I also enjoyed sitting back and thinking about my teams motivators, do they want routine and to work on the same machine each day or do they want money, a challenge? Tapping in to these and using these motivators to get the best out of people is something I’ll take with me into my role.
Really good presentation style. I really enjoyed the quiet time to individually work through the exercises and reflect - not something you always get in a normal work day!
