Customer testimonial

I really enjoyed the challenge of putting myself in another's shoes and contemplating situations in which I could use the skills of each course. It was also fascinating to hear the different views and opinions of others on the courses, and the expertise of each of the instructors. Thank you very much Impellus!

Paige Lambie , Kilimanjaro Live

I thought the course was delivered very well with great concise content. Our tutor Ken, ensured the entire day was made enjoyable, I found the leadership styles aspect most enjoyable to learn about, however the course as a whole I thought I was brilliant.

H.B , Delron Services Ltd

David Ross is a great trainer, very knowledgeable and encouraging. There was a good balance of group work, individual work and presentation.

L.T , The Institution of Structural Engineers

I enjoyed the whole day and found a lot of interesting points that I will be introducing into my everyday managing style.

N.E , Coastal Specialist Ironmongery Ltd

I thought it was a really good balance of learning, information shared whilst being able to practise what we we being taught. Ken was very approachable and a great teacher. It was not as daunting as I thought it was going to be. The workbook will be a very useful resource.
