Ella has been with us at Impellus since the beginning of 2022. As one of our Customer Relationship Coordinators, Ella particularly enjoys building and maintaining supportive relationships with our clients.
Before joining us, Ella had a wealth of experience in Dental Practice Management, where she perfected her meticulous skill of attention to detail, which helps us operate in a smooth and efficient way.
Outside of the health sector, Ella has also worked in the business-to-business environment within franking services, as well as the home improvement and beauty sector.
As Ella’s role is client-facing, you may have spoken with her to run through the courses and programmes we offer. Ella also enjoys introducing our company and training programmes to new clients.

I absolutely loved each of the three courses I attended for my Level 5 in Leadership and Management. With it being online I wondered if the courses would meet my expectations but they actually surpassed my expectations. Every course was engaging, well thought out and packed with useful knowledge that I have already taken back to my company to implement.
I took something from each course and I enjoyed the tips and tricks we learnt in how to speak to people. Coaching and communication taught me how to speak to others to get the best out of them. The breakout rooms were really useful as the people involved had real life examples.
I also enjoyed sitting back and thinking about my teams motivators, do they want routine and to work on the same machine each day or do they want money, a challenge? Tapping in to these and using these motivators to get the best out of people is something I’ll take with me into my role.
Alison was very informative and helpful. I struggled when I first opened the work book as it seemed intimidating, but all of Alison's explanations were really easy to follow and made it easier to apply to my role.
I thought the course was delivered very well with great concise content. Our tutor Ken, ensured the entire day was made enjoyable, I found the leadership styles aspect most enjoyable to learn about, however the course as a whole I thought I was brilliant.
I'm very happy to complete my Impellus level 3 open management course, I enjoyed all of the 5 days learning and interacting with all the other attendees.
