Account Manager

Gabrielle has been with Impellus since July 2021. She joined as a Customer Relationship Coordinator and made the move to Account Manager in January 2022.

Gabrielle works with our existing clients, supporting them with the day to day running of their accounts, as well as working with them on completion of programmes to gain feedback, maintaining the integrity of our courses and providing us with feedback on our customer’s experience. Gabrielle also supports to identify future training opportunities for our clients and coordinates our In-House training courses.

Previously, Gabrielle worked in Hospitality for a luxury hotel group, providing 5* customer service to a range of clients in multiple areas of the industry. Her 4 years of experience in this sector enabled her to make a smooth and easy transition to her role at Impellus.

Seeing customers return motivates Gabrielle. She is encouraged by the knowledge that we have provided such a positive, first-class training opportunity to our clients that they will return to us again and again.
