Marc Sewell

Leadership and Management Trainer

Marc joined Impellus in August 2022 as a Leadership and Management Trainer.

He has over twenty years’ experience in management positions across the retail, finance and leisure sectors, leading teams of up to fifty individuals. His highest priority has always been people development and as such, he gravitated towards these aspects as a manager, ensuring that all staff were aware of and given the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, skills and performance in line with organisational Vision, Mission and Values.

Marc soon decided that Training and Development was the direction he wanted to take his career in so started delivering and assessing Apprenticeships in Retail, Customer Service and Business Administration at levels 2,3 and 4. He was able to use his prior leadership and management experience to also deliver and assess ILM Apprenticeships and Diplomas at Levels 3 and 5. This Apprenticeship Training also included the delivery of Maths, English and IT qualifications.

Marc has brought his considerable knowledge and experience to Impellus and delivers high quality leadership and management courses that ensure delegates are challenged to evaluate their style and consider how to make long lasting and impactful adjustments to their approach going forward.

Customer testimonial

I thought the trainer, Ken, was brilliant - he was engaging and personable. I enjoyed the interactive nature of the course and having the course booklet for notes and referral proved very useful.

P.S , Global Legal Group

What I most enjoyed about this course was how flexible it was and that you could do it at your own pace.
The courses were very informative and got you thinking in a totally different way.

Sarah Parke , Bathshack

The course material and slide presentation was very well planned out, and the way the course was delivered by David James was extremely satisfying. He kept a good flow to the day and made it very interesting.

A.R , Beechenlea Maintenance Ltd

Alison was a great trainer and engaged really well with all the delegates. I found the breakout sessions in the groups useful as although we worked in different industries the discussions were universal to all.

A.W , Glenham Property Management Ltd

Mel really helped provide insight and offered points of difference that can help me in a professional setting. I enjoyed learning more about the ways body language and tone can have an impact. The eye accessing cues were also really interesting.

W.F , Tiny Rebel
