Nicole joined Impellus in September 2022 as an Account Manager.
After a couple of years working as a personal assistant travelling between the UK and Germany, Nicole returned to her real passion for customer service and joined our Customer Relations team in September 2022. She has extensive experience in managing accounts predominantly in the international business environment both working in large multinational companies but also smaller businesses where her role also involved business development and sales. Her clients were based in the UK but mainly in Europe and, being multilingual, it gave her the chance of using her language skills and enjoy the international flair.
She aims to provide an excellent customer experience and solve any issue to both the company’s and the client’s satisfaction as she believes a client will always turn to you first when the experience was positive and rewarding.

I found that I have a better understanding of my management style and where I could be improving and adapting my style. And also to better understand which approaches are best for what kind of situation.

The focus on applying thought processes to current work situations was very good.
What I most enjoyed about this course was how flexible it was and that you could do it at your own pace.
The courses were very informative and got you thinking in a totally different way.
I thought the course was delivered very well with great concise content. Our tutor Ken, ensured the entire day was made enjoyable, I found the leadership styles aspect most enjoyable to learn about, however the course as a whole I thought I was brilliant.
Really pleased to have received my Level 3 Certificate of Learning by attending various management courses through Impellus business performance training. It was a great learning and development experience!
