Paul joined Impellus in February 2023 in the newly created role of Marketing Manager. He has extensive Marketing experience and is on a mission to make Impellus the default choice for Management Training courses.
Initially starting his career as a Graphic Designer, he retrained and made the move into Marketing bringing a range of transferable skills with him. His career has developed across a number of companies from small start ups like Bathrooms.com to large organisations like Dixons Stores Group and Fitness First. It is the experience he has gained working in both B2B and B2C and in different industries that have shaped his passion for Marketing and helped him develop a wide skill base across various disciplines.
Helping people to get onto management training courses and improve their skill sets is an aspect of his role that he finds particularly rewarding.
