Customer testimonial

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed completing the courses with Impellus – learning from David Ross was a pleasure as well as meeting likeminded people from various businesses. Over the 3 courses, I have gained a perspective on myself as a leader, the leadership and departments within the business – how we can work better as a team, highlight our strengths, be more efficient and productive and take the business to the next level.

Sarah Campbell , MB Technology

Alison was very knowledgeable and engaging. I liked the analysis of our own leadership style and thinking about how to improve our effectiveness score.

V.K , Equals Money

The course was very interactive, which keeps you engaged and helps you to make the most of the things taught, rather than just passively absorbing them. David Ross was very friendly and knowledgeable.

P.L , Kilianjaro Live

I thought the trainer, Ken, was brilliant - he was engaging and personable. I enjoyed the interactive nature of the course and having the course booklet for notes and referral proved very useful.

P.S , Global Legal Group

I learnt so much from the day courses I attended with Impellus. My favourite aspects of attending were:

- Meeting nice, engaging groups of people from all walks of life.

- Learning in a dynamic way and hearing multiple perspectives of the same situation.

- Listening to other people’s work related experiences and seeing how important good communication is for achieving both individual and group success.

Oliver McCullough , Forte School of Music
