She has more than seven years of management experience within the education sector as a team manager to an area manager (both in small and large settings). Her role involved staff training/performance development, mentoring, coaching, and quality checks for the smooth running of the setting. During this period, she received several awards, including the 'Best Manager' award and the 'Customer Satisfaction' award.
Prior to joining Impellus, Tas was a Talent coach delivering Level 7 Accountancy and Taxation Apprenticeships. She has ten years of experience in Training/Assessment, delivering level 2-7 qualifications, such as Management, Team Leading, Business & Admin, Customer service, ICT, and STLS (Supporting Teaching and learning in schools). At this point, her aspiration to help others succeed has grown stronger.
Tas is inspired by the challenges that come with learning new skills and working with people from different walks of life. She is highly ambitious and passionate about developing people and seeing them grow.

The 3 courses I attended were really engaging and thought provoking. Leadership and strategic thinking, the business models, the techniques have developed since my time at business college. For me if you are not learning you're not improving as a leader and manager. The Impellus course delivery by David Ross was superb, the course literature quality also. An enjoyable experience all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Impellus to others.
There was a good flow to the day and David (Ross) was good at encouraging conversations, which is difficult in an online environment. I found the leadership style questionnaire useful - it confirmed my thinking on where I need to focus my efforts and gave me a framework to do that.
