It drives sales, forces decisions, changes culture and creates or destroys attraction.
Changes in management confidence therefore have a major bearing on organisational performance. So when a study of the confidence of 3,600 managers from across the UK shows a significant drop, it’s worth understanding the implications for your people. Particularly when the reasons for that drop may well be out of your control and may just be here to stay for a while.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed completing the courses with Impellus – learning from David Ross was a pleasure as well as meeting likeminded people from various businesses. Over the 3 courses, I have gained a perspective on myself as a leader, the leadership and departments within the business – how we can work better as a team, highlight our strengths, be more efficient and productive and take the business to the next level.
David Ross is a great trainer, very knowledgeable and encouraging. There was a good balance of group work, individual work and presentation.
I found all of the day enjoyable and all of the on content was useful.
I liked how the course content topics were introduced, setting out the framework. I particularly enjoyed the break out sessions.S.S, Equals Money
The range of subjects and topics covered by the Impellus courses gave me the opportunity to consider new strategies to use and develop within my management role.
Having the opportunity to discuss each topic with other individuals from a range of industries and backgrounds helped to provide further context and allowed me to consider alternative
ways to approach and deal with both people and situations.
Thank you Impellus for the positive experience.
