Who is the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner course made for?Â
The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner combined course is made for people who work in flexible, evolving environments that involve any type of project.Â
The combined course coaches delegates from having no or very little knowledge of PRINCE2, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to become a qualified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner.
What does the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner course cover?
The combined course starts with PRINCE2 Agile Foundation teachings, giving delegates a fundamental understanding of the PRINCE2 approach. The Agile Foundation part of the course teaches:Â
- An overview of PRINCE2 Agile basic principles
- Common situations that occur in an agile environment
- An introduction to Scrum, Kanban and Lean Start-up
- PRINCE2 Agile case study and activities
Once delegates have completed their Agile Foundation certificate, they will be able to immediately apply all of these skills to the advanced Practitioner part of the combined course. In this second part of the course, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, delegates are taught:Â
- PRINCE2 principles and applying them to various real-life agile environmentsÂ
- How to deliver rapidly in a business environment that’s changing and evolvingÂ
- Self-organisation
- How to communicate change effectively. (Delegates will also receive advice on working through agile projects)
As well as this, there will be exam simulators and workshops so that all delegates feel prepared for their PRINCE2 exams.Â
