A Certificate of Learning is a formal way to develop professionals and managers to a given standard.
Each certificate provides learning and development at the same level yet provides flexibility so that each delegate can choose the courses that give them the most relevant training.
Completion is achieved by taking all the required courses over any two-year period and there’s no prescribed assessment so it’s an ideal formal alternative to the ILM Award.
On completion, an Impellus Certificate of Learning formally recognises your delegates’ course attendance, CPD points and knowledge/skills acquisition with an individual framed certificate.

Level 3 Certificate of Learning in Leadership and Management
The Level 3 Certificate of Learning in the Leadership and Management challenges managers to consider how they are getting the best out of their teams and situations in line with their goals and objectives. It’s ideal for:
- All line managers
- Those going into a new supervisory or management role for the first time
- Competent line managers who could do with a step back to analyse and accelerate results
- Those with new teams or dealing with changing teams
This Certificate is made up of four modules – all of which are lively, challenging one-day courses with limited numbers of delegates on each.
Leadership Skills Development is the core module with a choice of optional courses to give each individual the best returns in their roles. At least two of the other options need to be from the management course choices.
