A 50% funding programme for small to medium-sized organisations.
Employers in the UK with up to 50 employees can draw down matched funding between the value of £1,000 and £7,500 (exc VAT).
Final date for application is Friday, 29 November 2024 unless the total fund is allocated in advance.
Key points:
- All employers in the UK, whether private, public or charitable with up to 50 employed staff are eligible.
- Individual course places can be booked or credits added to account.
- Credits can be used flexibly to deliver the courses or programmes of your choice.
- The balancing contribution from the employer must be paid on booking.
- Funding is aggregated by Impellus.
- Minimum drawdown, £1,000. Maximum total of drawdowns, £7,500.
- Maximum of two drawdowns.
- When purchasing credits you can take advantage of discounted packages as well as funding.
- Courses are delivered in small groups online.
- Impellus booking terms apply.
What can the funding be used for?
The initiative is designed to help employers deliver exactly what they require in the most flexible manner possible. You can fund packages of credits which can be used towards formal training programmes or individual courses. These could be (all links open in a new tab):
- Certificate of Learning in Leadership and Management – Level 3
- Certificate of Learning in the Professional Sales Environment – Level 3
- Certificate of Learning in Leadership and Management – Level 5
- ILM Level 3 Award qualification
- ILM Level 5 Award qualification
- Individual course days (minimum of four days to qualify)
