This CPD programme allows delegates to mix with other executives who are also challenging their decision-making around the three cornerstones of organisational success: defining strategy; achieving effective operational focus; and shaping a culture throughout a management team that delivers the results you’ve defined.Â
With three courses delivered over two consecutive days each, the programme is delivered in a way that allows busy leaders to balance the immersion in learning with the pace with which they want to complete the programme around a busy schedule.Â
