Read moreTom joined Impellus in November 2021, working on a part-time basis as he completed his undergraduate degree at UCFB, Wembley. Joining as our Marketing Administrator, Tom focused on the social media side of our marketing. This included scheduling posts on accounts, adding content to our website, engaging online with customers and using analytics to assess performance.
In October 2023 Tom became our CRM Marketing Executive, focusing on delivering the direct marketing functions of the company as well as ensuring the validity of the company's CRM database and reporting on results.

I was slightly skeptical about the online learning side of things, but it worked well, especially with the breakout rooms. Having a wide range of different courses to suit individual needs is also a great idea.
