What managers will be able to do differently

Managers are often promoted into their roles because they are technically capable and show some potential to run a team.

Without proper development, however, this potential is often left untapped and managers struggle to balance the requirements of improving team performance, dealing with commercial environments and considering how their roles fit as part of a wider management or strategic leadership team.

The Level 4 Certificates of Learning in Management and Leadership offer two depths of learning at the same level to support the growth of managers so they can develop into great leaders who can generate real and immediate improvements in performance.
