In May 2023, she took on the new role of HR and Compliance Officer. Her role is diverse and centred around providing essential support for employees and managers on HR and compliance matters, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance for their day-to-day activities.
She leads HR projects and is responsible for aligning Company-wide policies, procedures and processes with current legislation and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
As part of her professional development supported by Impellus, Paulina is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management, which she is set to complete in October 2024.
Paulina is a Human Resources Management graduate with extensive HR administration and advice experience in high-paced office environments within the retail and staffing industries.
Prior to joining Impellus, Paulina worked for HM Prison Service for four years, where she gained valuable transferable skills including teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking, all of which she applies in her current role.
Paulina believes that the foundation of a successful business lies in effective communication and a positive employee experience, and she is dedicated to contributing to these goals.
