Tiffany Curtis

Learning and Development Partner

Tiffany joined Impellus in June 2023 as a Leadership and Management Assessor. In July 2024, she took on the new role of Learning and Development Partner. This role is imperative in helping to build strong relationships with our customers. Tiffany is responsible for analysing customers’ training needs and effectively communicating how our products can meet those needs to deliver real and immediate results in the workplace.

Prior to joining Impellus, Tiffany worked within the public education sector for over a decade. With many years’ experience as a middle manager and senior leader within education, Tiffany is highly skilled at having meaningful conversations, analysing learning needs, providing focused and relevant solutions and establishing positive working relationships.

Tiffany is also a certified PRINCE2® Practitioner and PRINCE2 Agile™ Practitioner.

Tiffany believes that every person has the capacity for life-long learning and is passionate about helping others achieve their full potential to become exemplary managers and leaders within their workplaces.
