A Certificate of Learning is a formal way to develop professionals and managers to a given standard.
Each certificate provides learning and development at the same level yet provides flexibility so that each delegate can choose the courses that give them the most relevant training.
Completion is achieved by taking all the required courses over any two-year period from first to last course and there’s no prescribed assessment so it’s an ideal formal alternative to the ILM Award.
On completion, an Impellus Certificate of Learning formally recognises your delegates’ course attendance, CPD points and knowledge/skills acquisition with an individual framed certificate.
